RIHSPI and its projects were featured on the short documentary video entitled, Rolling Towards Progress. This documentary outlines the plight and challenges that railway heritage preservation faces at present. Railways in the Philippines have been in existence for more than a century, yet it remains in a poor state, when railways are supposed to be the symbol of a country’s progress.
The video reminds people on how beautiful and wonderful our railway system was, and how can it be an inspiration, or even a catalyst for the improvement of our railway infrastructure.
The video feature was produced by RIHSPI Trustee, Juan Carlos Salamat as part of his college thesis. It is distributed through the Reese Channel.
